Engineering intelligent
systems that
scale and adapt.
Mechatronics Engineering student and full-stack developer. Building everything from offline React Native applications to self-healing AI frameworks.

Sanyam Chavan.
19-year-old Mechatronics student based in Pune. I balance a 45km daily commute, managing family business operations, and engineering autonomous systems like Anya. I build to solve real-world friction.

What I can do.
Autonomous Systems
Developing self-healing frameworks and AI bots that learn and adapt without manual intervention.
Mobile Architecture
Building offline-first React Native applications designed for high performance and zero lag.
Mechatronics Integration
Bridging the physical and digital world through C/C++ hardware logic and Python backend APIs.
From logic to execution.

Strategy
We define the hardware constraints, database schema, and system design. For projects like Anya, this means mapping out the autonomous logic before writing a single line of code.

Design
Architecture of the user interface and mechanical components. Focusing on minimal friction and high utility. From Arch Linux workflows to mobile UI.

Build
Engineering on a modern stack. Writing clean, high-performance code. Whether it is Python for backend models or React Native for offline-first apps, performance is non-negotiable.

Launch & Care
Deployment, hardware integration, and continuous optimization. Systems are built to adapt, self-heal, and scale based on real-world usage.
My setup in Pune is the Command Center.
This is where AI frameworks, offline React Native apps, and mechatronics logic are engineered — no open-plan office, just a high-performance environment built for deep work and zero distractions.

Answers up front.
Six answers that make briefing calls shorter — clearing the friction before we start.
What does a project with you cost?
I do not charge by the hour. I charge by the value and complexity of the system. Whether it is a full-stack Next.js web app or an offline React Native tool, we agree on a fixed scope and price upfront.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A custom web portfolio might take a few weeks, while a complex autonomous framework like Anya or an app like Friction takes months of iterative engineering.
Which technologies do you use?
My primary stack involves React Native, Next.js, Python, and C/C++. I develop entirely on an Arch Linux environment, ensuring my tools are as highly optimized as the code I write.
Do you work with clients outside Pune?
Absolutely. While I am based in Pune (MH) and handle local hardware/mechatronics integrations, all software and AI development can be managed remotely, globally.
Who works on the project — a team or one person?
You work directly with me. No account managers, no handoffs. I handle the architecture, the UI/UX, and the core engineering.
Do I get the source code and full access?
Yes. Once the project is completed and handed over, you receive the full repository access and exclusive usage rights. No vendor lock-in.
